Our Focus

Our firm’s focus is business immigration. We prepare applications for temporary work visas on behalf of companies, universities, hospitals, and individuals, including applications for H-1B professionals, L-1 intra-company transferees, E-2 investors, TN Trade Treaty workers, and O-1 “exceptional ability” applications. Our work with hospitals and universities includes applications for “Conrad State 30” applications for physicians. We also prepare applications for Permanent Resident status based on Labor Certifications, Employment-Based 1^st Preference for persons of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professors and Researchers, and multinational executives and managers; and Employment-Based 2^nd Preference National Interest Waivers. Our business clients are located in the Carolinas and throughout the US.

The firm also handles non-business immigration matters including marriage and family-based applications for Permanent Resident status and applications for naturalization.
